Withdrawal Right

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, although this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

For subscriptions consisting of the continuous provision of digital content, your right of withdrawal shall expire, subject to your corresponding consent, only in respect of the billing period that has already been provided. Your right of withdrawal with regard to future billing periods that have not yet been provided shall remain unaffected for as long as the contract as a whole remains subject to withdrawal.

Special Note on Digital Content

If you have expressly agreed, as part of your order, that we begin performance of the contract (provision of the digital content or activation of the licence) before expiry of the withdrawal period, and have also confirmed that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, your right of withdrawal expires pursuant to Section 356(5) of the German Civil Code (BGB) once the digital content has been fully provided.

If no such express consent has been given, or provision has not yet begun, you may exercise the right of withdrawal within the statutory period.
