A question about the Definitions plugin

I have a question about this plugin, I wanted to ask about it. If I don't misunderstand, this plugin is for internal linking, right?

When the words we specify are typed, the links we automatically define will appear or when pressed, it will go to that topic, right?

I think I understand, to give an example with a picture;

For example; 'Download PuTTY?' when you give a link to this word X through the plugin. All words with Download PuTTY? will be automatically added to the link I gave, right?
