Workplace extends WoltLab with flexible task management for teams, communities, clubs, and projects. Instead of spreading tasks across external tools, private messages, or forum threads, you manage them where your users already work.

This reduces tool switching, makes responsibilities visible, and gives operators more control over open tasks, deadlines, and assignments.

Why Workplace?

Workplace uses the existing WoltLab structure. Users, permissions, notifications, and content stay in your community. You do not need to introduce another platform, and your users do not have to learn another system.

Frequently asked questions

Is Workplace only for developers or bug tracking?

No. You can create your own task types and fields, so Workplace can support many different processes.

Can tasks be visible only to selected users?

Yes. Categories and tasks can be restricted through permissions and private tasks.

Do I need an external project management tool?

No. The advantage of Workplace is that task management is integrated directly into WoltLab.
