Sell digital access instead of managing it manually

With YoureCom Shop: Monetization, you connect products and subscriptions to specific entitlements inside your WoltLab Suite. After a successful payment, the buyer receives the purchased access automatically. When a time-limited entitlement or subscription ends, that access is automatically withdrawn as well.

This lets you sell premium access, temporary roles, supporter status or exclusive trophies without manually managing every buyer afterwards.

From purchase to fulfillment

For each monetization product, you define which entitlement is delivered and how long it remains valid. As soon as the associated order has been paid, the plugin processes fulfillment in the background and records its status.

Three entitlement types are included:

• Permanent user group: The buyer is added to a selected user group.
• Temporary user group: Membership remains active for the configured number of days, weeks, months or years.
• Trophy: The buyer receives a selected trophy as a visible status inside the community.

Built for recurring revenue

Together with YoureCom Shop: Subscriptions, the entitlement automatically follows the subscription lifecycle. It is granted when the subscription starts, renewed after a successful renewal and revoked when the subscription ends.

This makes it possible to sell memberships, premium areas, support access or other recurring services without maintaining user groups and expiration dates manually in parallel.

Control instead of silent failures

Every grant has a traceable status. In the ACP, you can review active, expired, revoked and failed grants together with their source and duration. If technical fulfillment temporarily fails, the plugin retries it automatically using a staggered schedule. A recurring reconciliation check also detects differences between a stored entitlement and its actual state.

This means the sale is not the only automated step: you can also see whether the promised benefit is actually active for the customer.

Open to additional business models

User groups and trophies are the entitlement types included out of the box. Developers can add further types through the provided programming interface and connect custom features or external workflows to the purchase process.

The plugin therefore creates one shared monetization layer: the shop handles the sale, the entitlement defines what was purchased, and its handler manages fulfillment, renewal and revocation.
