You are looking for a flexible task management for yourself or your team? With the workstation it is possible to create and manage tasks of different types, so that you always have an overview of all tasks still to be done. With the workstation you have a lot of possibilities, because it was important from the beginning to make the workstation as flexible as possible, so that you can not "only" record errors, improvements or wishes, because with the workstation you have the possibility to create and manage different types of tasks.

Categorization

Create different categories for different projects to get a good overview of your tasks. Each category can be linked to different rights, so that it is only accessible for certain users, or only certain users can enter something here. It is also possible that tasks have to be checked by a moderator first, too

Task Types

Define different task types in the ACP to create a further categorization possibility. For each task type a font awesome icon can be selected to get a better overview of your tasks. To round off the flexible task types, it is also possible that task types can only be selected in a certain category.

Individual Input Fields

Individualize the information required for your tasks using the individual input fields. Thereby it is possible to create different types of input fields. And also with the input fields you have again the possibility to allow them only for certain categories and certain types of tasks. You determine what is needed where and how.

Other Authors/Responsible users

Assign tasks to different users who can process the task or who are responsible for it. If a user is entered here, they will also be informed that they are now responsible for the task.

Open Tasks

If you do not yet know who is to take over the task, you have the option of defining open tasks so that your users can assign the task to themselves.

Due date

A task must be completed by time x? Define a due date for this so that your authors or users know by when the task must be completed. If the due date has expired and the task is not yet marked as completed, all authors and responsible users will be informed about the due task.

Private Tasks

Not every task is meant for the general public, because sometimes you want to surprise your community with something. So you have the possibility to define private tasks, which only authors and state users can see.

Multilingualism

Of course you also have the possibility to define tasks in several languages. But actually you don't have a multilingual community at all? Then simply switch off the multilingualism.
